Azumo's $499 per delivery unit, metered on usage, is the smallest US dollar entry price among these nine agencies. The largest is ZTABS at $10,000 per project, one-time. Bitsclan IT Solutions starts at $1,500 per engagement and Arsum at $5,000 per engagement, both one-time. Converly starts at €39.99 (about $45) a month and SafeNet Creations at CA$149 (about $106) a month. TecAdRise starts at €150 (about $168) per setup. Agentix Labs and Octacer quote through sales.

All nine write new software from a brief and put it into production. They differ first in who writes the code. Most build with their own engineers or team. Azumo says coding assistants do the authoring while its engineers direct and judge the output. ZTABS says AI assists its delivery from code generation through deployment.

They also differ in focus. Converly builds voice agents for Spanish SMEs, and SafeNet Creations builds Tamil and English ones for Canadian clients. TecAdRise builds voice receptionists and n8n workflows for small businesses. Bitsclan IT Solutions builds agents inside a client's CRM, helpdesk, ERP and phone channels.

| Name | What it is | Why it's here | Pricing | API |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Agentix Labs](https://theagentsindex.com/agentix-labs.md) | AI engineering studio that designs, builds and operates production AI agents and automations. | Sales quotes every Agentix Labs engagement, with no self-serve product and no published pricing. Its engineers build the agent and deploy it into production operations, with an audit log and admin controls. The trade-off is a very young company, founded in 2025, with a limited public track record, and no open-model support. | On quote | Yes |
| [Arsum](https://theagentsindex.com/arsum.md) | AI build studio scoping and delivering production AI applications, search systems and integrations. | Arsum charges from $5,000 per engagement, one-time. Its engineers write the interface and back-end code and deploy it inside the engagement. It also writes tests and offers a clear way out. Autonomous running is not part of it, and there is no free tier. | On quote | — |
| [Azumo](https://theagentsindex.com/azumo.md) | Nearshore AI development agency building agents, RAG and custom AI software, priced per Delivery Unit. | Priced at $499 per delivery unit and metered on usage, Azumo suits US teams that want senior nearshore engineers shipping production AI in their own repos. It takes the work live, then keeps running the system. It also reviews code and works across a whole codebase. There is no free tier. | From $499/delivery unit | Yes |
| [Bitsclan IT Solutions](https://theagentsindex.com/bitsclan-it-soulution.md) | Agency that builds and operates custom AI agents inside a client's CRM, helpdesk, ERP and phone channels. | One-time work at Bitsclan IT Solutions starts at $1,500 per engagement. Its engineers write the agent from a workflow spec mapped in discovery, then ship it through a published CI/CD process with a post-launch tuning stage. It supports bring-your-own-key and self-hosting. Audit logs and certifications are only partly covered. | From $1,500/engagement | Yes |
| [Converly](https://theagentsindex.com/converly.md) | Barcelona firm that builds and runs AI voice agents, automations, custom development and pentesting for Spanish SMEs. | Converly starts at €39.99 (about $45) a month and says it rolls out in one to four weeks, with monitoring after launch. Its team builds landings, ecommerce, dashboards and web apps to brief. There is no free tier, and its support for data residency and audit logs is partial. | From €39.99/month (about $45) | Yes |
| [Octacer](https://theagentsindex.com/octacer.md) | Lahore-based engineering partner that designs, builds and runs AI automation and integration systems for operations tea. | Quotes come through sales at Octacer, a Lahore-based engineering partner. Its engineers write new software to order, such as MVPs and customer portals, take the platform live, then monitor and harden it inside the client's operation. It debugs and fixes too. Self-hosting and test writing are only partial. | On quote | — |
| [SafeNet Creations](https://theagentsindex.com/safenet-creations.md) | Sri Lanka agency building Tamil and English AI voice agents, WhatsApp automation and websites for Canadian clients. | From CA$149 (about $106) a month, SafeNet Creations builds the agent and its integrations, then deploys the accepted scope with monitoring and access documented at launch. WhatsApp automation and websites sit beside the voice work. There is no free tier, and debugging and test writing come only in part. | From CA$149/month (about $106) | — |
| [TecAdRise](https://theagentsindex.com/tecadrise.md) | Polish AI automation agency building voice receptionists, n8n workflows and Agent-OS agents for small businesses. | TecAdRise, a Polish agency, starts at €150 (about $168) per setup, one-time. It puts builds into production on client or VPS infrastructure and keeps iterating after go-live. The team writes production Python pipelines to a scoped brief, and TecAdRise describes its website tier as landing pages built by AI agents. API access and Claude support are only partial. | From €150 (about $168)/setup | Yes |
| [ZTABS](https://theagentsindex.com/ztabs-llc.md) | AI-first software agency in Houston building custom AI agents, RAG systems and full-stack products. | Houston's ZTABS starts at $10,000 per project, one-time, and writes the full application as well as the agent. Its CI/CD pipelines deploy to staging and production, with monitoring in the client environment. It supports single sign-on and keeps an audit log. Certifications are partial, and the free tier is partial too. | From $10,000/project | — |

## What it takes to be on this list

Every agency here writes new code from a description and also deploys what it builds, taking the work past the diff into production. The rest of the agencies and build partners in this category do one of those at most. The list runs A to Z by name. Before signing, ask who maintains the system after launch, because most here keep monitoring it while Arsum's engagement ends in a handover that names the environment and rollback. Ask how you would leave and take the work with you, since the route out is only partly clear for most of them.
