20 of the 66 tools in our index ship a genuine no-code build path — a visual canvas, drag-and-drop flow builder, or plain-English configuration layer that produces a working agent without writing code. It spans all seven categories, including 2 of our 19 coding agents (Replit Agent, Bolt.new) and 2 of our 11 code-first frameworks (CrewAI, Microsoft AutoGen) via an optional studio layer. For 3 of the 20 — Retell AI, Bland AI and ElevenLabs Conversational AI — that builder sits inside a product whose own listing says the real buyer is a developer or an infrastructure-conscious enterprise, not a hands-off no-code shopper.
"No-code" is one of this site's capability tags, but a tag alone conflates two different claims: does the tool HAVE a no-code builder, and is the tool SOLD as a no-code product. This collection checked every one of the 20 tags against each listing's own `whatIs`, `keyFeatures` and `notFor` text before including it, and the two claims diverge more often than the tag alone would suggest. Three voice agents — [Retell AI](/retell-ai), [Bland AI](/bland-ai) and [ElevenLabs Conversational AI](/elevenlabs-conversational-ai) — all ship a real drag-and-drop or dashboard flow builder, and all three also state directly in their own listing (as a `notFor` or a cited third-party review) that their actual buyer is a developer assembling a stack or an infrastructure-conscious enterprise, not someone shopping for a turnkey, hands-off no-code product. The builder is real; the no-code positioning isn't, for those three specifically.
The reverse nuance shows up in [agent frameworks](/category/frameworks): [CrewAI](/crewai) and [Microsoft AutoGen](/microsoft-autogen) are code-first Python libraries by design, but each ships an optional no-code studio (Crew Studio, AutoGen Studio) for visually prototyping a multi-agent team before writing the production version in code — a real no-code entry point, just not how either framework is actually run at scale. Why this collection
A tool earns a place here if its own Published, sourced listing documents an actual no-code build path — a visual canvas, a drag-and-drop or node-based flow builder, or a plain-English/prompt-driven configuration layer that produces a working agent without writing code — verified directly in that listing's `whatIs`, `keyFeatures` or `howItWorks` fields, not inferred from the `no-code` tag or marketing copy alone. Two distinctions are stated explicitly in the affected entries rather than smoothed over: first, a tool whose no-code layer is an optional prototyping mode on top of a code-first core (CrewAI, Microsoft AutoGen — both frameworks) is included, with that framing kept in the note; second, a tool whose own listing states its real buyer is a developer or an infrastructure-conscious enterprise rather than a self-serve no-code shopper (Retell AI, Bland AI, ElevenLabs Conversational AI) is included on the strength of the builder alone, with the positioning caveat stated directly. A tool offering only a low-code SDK with no visual or plain-language build path does not qualify.
